🔬 How It Works

Delta Dust contains the same active ingredient as Suspend SC (deltamethrin) but in a dust formulation with a critical advantage: waterproof formulation. It is the only EPA-registered insecticide dust that remains effective after getting wet — making it ideal for crawl spaces, attic vents, outdoor wall voids, and other areas where moisture exposure is likely.

The dust particles cling to insects' bodies and legs as they walk through treated areas, delivering the pyrethroid through contact. Particularly effective applied directly into wasp or yellow jacket nests in wall voids.

⚗️ Mixing & Application Rates

Dry dust — apply with bellows duster. No dilution needed.

Void injection — wasps/yellow jackets

2–3 puffs per nest entrance

Apply at night when wasps are inactive. Inject directly into the nest entrance using a bellows duster. Delta Dust's waterproof property makes it ideal for outdoor nest voids that experience weather exposure. Seal the entry after 48 hours (after activity ceases).

Cockroach void/crack treatment

Light to moderate dusting

Apply behind refrigerators, under dishwashers, inside wall voids via outlet covers. Delta Dust is preferred over non-waterproof dusts in areas with potential moisture (under sinks, in bathrooms).

Crawl space perimeter

Light dusting on horizontal surfaces

Apply around perimeter and entry points. Waterproof formulation maintains effectiveness through moisture fluctuations in crawl spaces.
